Why We Built Reply
We watched home-service businesses — especially HVAC — pour money into Google Ads, trucks, and SEO to make the phone ring, only to miss a quarter of those calls because the team was in the field.
The existing options were either expensive enterprise platforms built for 20-truck operations or generic answering services that didn't understand a no-heat call. So we built the thing in between: an AI receptionist that's HVAC-specific, transparently priced, and live in a day.
